Pre-Order Photos Here

Framingham Baseball receives a generous donation from Lifetouch equal to 15% of the league's total photo proceeds, so we hope that you'll take advantage of this opportunity to purchase some great photos of your favorite baseball player and help out the league at the same time.

Even if you do not plan to purchase individual pictures, please make every effort to be part of your team photo, as these photos are presented to our coaches and sponsors as a "thank you" each season.

Babe Ruth and 12-Year Old Framingham Baseball Home Run Derby Rules

Eligibility: Any 12-year old player registered in Framingham Baseball is eligible to play.

Rules: Each participant is thrown pitches by a pitcher of their choice. The pitcher can be their parent, their coach or any other person they would like to choose. If the player does not have someone to pitch to them, they will have one provided to them.
The hitter has the option of not swinging at a pitch. If he swings at a pitch and misses or hits the pitch anywhere but in home run territory, it is considered an out. Home run territory shall be anywhere over the fence between the foul poles. Each player hits until he receives 10 outs.

The top three participants after the first round shall advance to the finals. In the finals, each player will get five ‘outs’ to get as many home runs as possible.

Should there be a tie after the finals, a "Swing-Off" takes place. In a Swing-Off, each tied player gets five swings to get as many home runs as possible. If a tie remains after the first Swing-Off, the Swing-Off round shall be repeated until a winner can be declared.

Note: The number of outs or swings allowed in each round is subject to modification at the league’s discretion during the event.
